Postcrest vs
Higgsfield
Postcrest is a social workspace that generates and then publishes. Higgsfield is a generation suite that stops at the render. They overlap on almost nothing except that both bill in credits, so for most people the question is not which one, it is which half of the job is currently hurting.
They are not really
the same kind of tool
Treating these as rivals is the mistake. Postcrest owns distribution: a calendar, seats, an inbox and direct publishing to Instagram, YouTube and X. Higgsfield owns generation: over fifty models, its own Soul model, and enterprise access controls neither of the others match. Plenty of operators could reasonably run both. What neither advertises is the middle, which is deciding what is worth posting out of a large batch and then getting it to whoever posts it.

How to read the middle two columns
They report what each product advertises, not what it can do. We have not signed up for either, so Not advertised means we read the pages below and did not find it mentioned, which is weaker than saying the software cannot do it. Nothing is marked with a cross. The Personifex column comes from our own code.

What each row means
How the two differ from each other, rather than how either differs from us.
How usage is billed
The one thing they agree on, and they still differ in shape. Postcrest allocates a credit allowance per tier, so the ceiling is fixed by what you pay. Higgsfield pools credits across a workspace, which is easier for a team to budget but is still a unit the seller defines. Either way a heavy month either stops or costs more.
Model range
Higgsfield, clearly. Over fifty models including one of its own against an unspecified "all AI models", and it is the only one of the three with a proprietary model. If which engine you can reach is the deciding factor, this row settles it.
Team access
Different ends. Postcrest gives real seats at ordinary prices, five on its middle tier. Higgsfield advertises unlimited seats with SSO, SAML and role-based access, but on an enterprise plan. Small team, Postcrest. Procurement asking about single sign-on, Higgsfield.
Content calendar
Postcrest only, and it goes further than a grid: it advertises generating a month of ideas and picking send times. A creative suite has no particular reason to own your schedule, and Higgsfield does not claim to.
Publishing to platforms
The sharpest split on the page, and the one most likely to decide it. Postcrest publishes to Instagram, YouTube and X. Higgsfield does not advertise publishing anywhere, so a Higgsfield workflow ends with a file you still have to take somewhere.
Batch review and triage
Neither. Both will happily hand you a large pile of output and neither advertises a way to work through it and reject fast, which is the step that eats the evening once volume is real.
Assignment queue
Neither, and roles are not the same thing. Higgsfield has role-based access and Postcrest has comment threads on drafts, but access control is about who may open something and a queue is about who owes something today.
And where we come in
Personifex is the middle two rows and not much else. It generates in batches, then gives you a keyboard-first pass to rate and cull what came out, a calendar to schedule what survived and a queue that hands a specific post to a specific person. It does not publish to platforms, so on that row Postcrest beats it outright, and it has nothing like Higgsfield model range or its enterprise controls. Compute is billed to your own provider key at the provider’s own prices rather than metered in credits, which is the one place it differs from both at once.
Personifex does not resell compute. You bring your own WaveSpeed key for images and video, and your own OpenRouter key for the writing features, so the provider bills you directly at its own prices and we add no markup. The subscription is a flat fee for the workflow around it.
StraightIf publishing from the tool is what you want, Postcrest does that and we do not. If model range is the deciding factor, Higgsfield wins that outright. We are only the better answer if the pile of output is the thing costing you evenings.
Common questions
Are Postcrest and Higgsfield actually competitors?
Not really. One is a social workspace whose end state is a published post, the other is a creative suite whose end state is a render. They share a billing model and very little else, and running both is a perfectly sensible setup rather than a redundant one.
Which is cheaper?
We cannot tell you honestly, and would rather say so than guess. Postcrest publishes its tiers as ordinary text and they are quoted on our comparison page with the date we read them. Higgsfield pricing page renders client-side, so it could not be read first-party, and the third-party pages quoting it disagree with each other by nearly a factor of two. Check theirs directly.
What does neither of them do?
Neither advertises a batch review pass or an assignment queue. That matters once you generate far more than you post, because volume without a fast way to reject just moves the bottleneck, and because handing work to an assistant in a DM stops working somewhere around the third persona.
