Personifex is built for a small team: an owner, the people who generate and review, and whoever posts. The owner invites members by email, turns on only the parts each one needs, and assigns each scheduled post to a person. It lands in their queue with everything they need to publish it.

What can a member be allowed to do?

Members start with every permission off, and the owner turns on what each one needs. The owner has full access, including billing, API keys, the persona library and inviting people. Every member has the dashboard, their own queue and their own appearance settings.

How does the posting queue work?

Each member has a My queue tab with what is assigned to them, grouped into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow and Later, plus what they posted today, with an undo. A new assignment arrives with a live notification. They copy the caption and hashtags, share or download the files, post, and mark it posted.

How many seats does each plan have?

Solo is one seat, for the owner. Creator has 3, the owner included. Agency has no seat limit. A pending invite holds a seat.

What does the owner see?

An activity feed of the last 7 days, filterable by category: images, prompts, personas, the calendar, team and permission changes, billing, settings and trash. A team leaderboard counts what each member made, reviewed and upscaled.

What it does not do

There are two roles, Owner and Member. Permissions are per capability, not per persona.
Everyone in a workspace sees every persona and product in it, so clients who must stay apart need a workspace each.
Only the owner sees the activity feed, and it keeps 7 days.
A client portal is not built yet (Soon).

Common questions

Can I invite my team?

Invite by email. Two roles: Owner (billing and full access) and Member, with six per-capability toggles (generate, review, gallery, prompts, view calendar, and manage calendar). A member given only calendar access sees the calendar, their own posting queue and the team dashboard, and nothing from generate, review, gallery or prompts. Revoke anytime. Everything is scoped per-user.

Can I run multiple personas, products or clients?

Yes. Personas and products share your plan's allowance, and each keeps its own reference images, social accounts and gallery; personas also keep a voice. An agency can run every client's products and AI faces in one workspace, where every member sees all of them. A client that must be kept apart needs a workspace of its own, which is a separate sign-up and plan. Row-level security at the database layer keeps every workspace's data separate from every other workspace.

Can a member see only the calendar?

Yes. Turn on only Calendar view or Calendar manage, and they see the calendar, their own queue and the dashboard, and nothing from Generate, Review, the Gallery or Prompts.
