Every member can set up Personifex the way they work. Appearance covers light or dark mode, an accent colour (including any colour you pick), the heading and body fonts, text size, pointers, colourblind-safe chart colours and how much moves. The same page covers the tab you open on, tab order, the week start, the clock and notifications, with a search box to find any of them.
Changes show in a live preview, and Reset puts everything back.
Yes. One switch stops everything that moves, and your system's reduce-motion setting turns it off for you. Or keep motion and switch off parts of it: tab changes, dialogs and panels, notifications, hover lift and celebrations. Sounds have a switch of their own, and each sound can be turned off by itself.
Appearance is saved per device, so a laptop and a phone can differ. Sounds and celebrations are the exceptions and follow your account. Every member sets their own, and nothing here changes what teammates see.
