Schedule every keeper, then hand it to whoever posts.

The calendar plans what each persona or product posts, and when. Schedule an image, a clip or a whole carousel to a date, a time and an account, assign it to a teammate, and it lands in their queue with the caption and hashtags. They post it and mark it posted. It is on Creator and Agency.

How do you schedule a post?

Schedule from the Gallery, the image viewer, a bulk selection or the Details box in Review. Pick the date and time (shown beside Los Angeles and New York time), the accounts and who posts it. Each account gets a post of its own. Leave the assignee empty to save it as a draft.

  • A caption, with a 2,200-character counter
  • Hashtags, with a 30-tag counter and your recent tags as chips
  • Notes for the teammate who posts it

Can you move posts around?

Yes. Drag a post to another day in Month view, or to another hour in Week view (on a computer) or Day view, to reschedule it. Filter by persona, account, state or assignee, and colour the calendar by persona, account or assignee. A carousel is one post with its slides in order.

Does it post to Instagram or TikTok for you?

No. Accounts are labels for planning, and nothing connects to a social platform. The assigned teammate opens My queue, copies the caption and hashtags, shares or downloads the files, posts by hand and marks it posted. Posted images get a yellow Posted ribbon across a corner of the tile and their own filter in the Gallery.

Can AI write the captions?

Yes, on Creator and Agency. An AI button writes a caption of a sentence or two and a set of five hashtags from the image itself, in the persona's voice: its voice prompt, bio, interests and niche. It runs on your own OpenRouter key, so the model and the bill are yours.

What it does not do

  • Scheduling is on Creator and Agency. Solo has no calendar.
  • It never posts for you. Someone on the team posts by hand.
  • A carousel longer than 10 slides gets a warning, not a block.
  • Batch caption rewriting and Instagram analytics are not built yet (Soon).

Common questions

How does the posting workflow work?

Assigned teammates get a dedicated My Queue tab, grouped by Today / Tomorrow / Overdue / Later. When you assign a post, their queue updates instantly with a realtime toast. They grab the image and caption, post it, then mark it posted. Each step lands in the owner's seven-day activity log.

Does it post to social media for me?

No. You schedule posts and assign them, and your teammate copies the caption, posts, and marks it posted.

Which platforms can I plan for?

Instagram, TikTok, X and Threads accounts, per persona or product.

Is the calendar on every plan?

No. It is on Creator ($79 a month) and Agency ($179 a month). Solo covers generating, reviewing and the gallery for one persona or product.
