Rate a whole batch with four keys.

Review is where a batch becomes a shortlist. Each new image or clip shows full size, one at a time, and one key rates it: 1 for Trash, 2 for Good, 3 for Great, 4 for Needs edit. Keepers move to the Gallery, rejects move to Trash, and Z undoes your last call, so you never reach for the mouse.

Which keys rate an image?

On a phone, swipe instead: left for Trash, right for Good, up for Great and down for Needs edit.

KeyWhat it does
1Trash: it leaves your library and waits in Settings > Trash, where you can restore it
2Good: moves it to the Gallery
3Great: moves it to the Gallery
4Needs edit: moves it to the Gallery under its own filter
NRight after 4, add a one-line note on what the edit should fix
ZUndo the last rating; press again to go further back

What is in the Details box?

Press D to see the prompt with a copy button, the persona, the model, who made it and when, the output size and aspect, the file size and what it cost. From there you can schedule it, edit it with AI, upscale it, remove its background, turn it into a carousel, add it to the persona's references or download it.

Each action follows the member's permissions, and scheduling needs Creator or above.

What happens to a rated image?

  • Trash leaves your library and waits in Settings > Trash for 7, 14 or 30 days by plan. The workspace owner can restore it there, and it returns to Review as Raw, ready to be rated again.
  • Good and Great go to the Gallery, where you can filter by tier.
  • Needs edit goes to the Gallery under its own filter, ready for AI edit (Soon). A note on what to fix, added in Review or in the Gallery, shows with the image there and stays until it is rated something else.
  • Scheduling an image from Review rates it Great. A carousel slide schedules as its whole carousel, and every photo of that post still waiting in Review is rated Great with it.

Does it work for video and big batches?

Yes. Clips play in place and take the same keys. A carousel waits as one item, its cover and slides side by side in post order, as a prompt's copies do: the keys rate the picked photo and the pick moves on. The queue holds every unrated image and clip, oldest or newest first, for one persona or all of them, and loads 200 at a time, the next 200 as you near the end. On a computer you can narrow it to today, yesterday, this week, a month or one model, each with its count, and see how many wait for each persona. A magnifier lens on desktop lets you check hands, text and logos before you keep anything.

When you come back, Review says how many images are new since your last visit. Newest first, they come first, then a stop where the older ones start.

When the queue is empty you get the count for each rating, your last six Great picks, how many went to Trash for each model this visit and all time, and who else still has images waiting.

What it does not do

  • Rating is by hand. Nothing scores or sorts your images for you.
  • Undo reaches back through one visit: a reload starts it over, and a photo someone has changed since stays as they left it.
  • AI captions are not in Review: the Schedule window writes them.
  • A member needs the Review permission to rate.

Common questions

What if I don't like an image?

Rate Trash, Good, Great, or Needs edit in one keystroke during review, and you decide what goes on the calendar. Regenerate any prompt, retier anything with one click, or delete in bulk.

Can I undo a rating?

Yes. Press Z, or Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on a Mac), to undo your ratings one at a time, back to the start of the visit. Undoing a Trash rating brings the image back into the queue.

Can I review on my phone?

Yes. Swipe left for Trash, right for Good, up for Great and down for Needs edit, and use the side buttons to skip.

Can I get a Trash image back later?

Yes, until Trash purges it after 7, 14 or 30 days by plan. Re-tier it in the Gallery, or the workspace owner can restore it from Settings, where it comes back as Raw to be rated again.
