See what you made, what you kept and what it cost.

The dashboard counts what the workspace makes and keeps: singles, carousels and videos, how each batch was rated, which models do best, what is scheduled and posted, and what it cost. Pick a date range and a persona, then choose and arrange the tiles you care about. Each member keeps their own layout.

What can you track?

  • Output: what you made each day, singles, carousels, videos, pending prompts and failed generations
  • Quality: the rating breakdown, review quality, success rates and a scorecard for each model
  • Funnels from generated, to reviewed, to scheduled and posted
  • People: a card for each persona or product, the faces of who is online, and a team leaderboard for the owner on Creator and Agency
  • Posting, on Creator and Agency: posts today and this week, the next post and posts per account
  • Health: Trash, storage used, the renewal date and a heatmap of the past year

How does it show cost?

The owner sees the WaveSpeed balance on every plan. On Agency the owner also gets the full cost view: spend per mode and per post with what the AI tools cost on your OpenRouter key, what each model cost and what one keeper cost on it in the model scorecard, next to what WaveSpeed actually billed the account, per day and per model.

Estimates count successful images only. The billed figures are WaveSpeed's own, so they include retries and anything else run on that key.

Does deleting images change the numbers?

No. Counts include everything ever made, so deleting or purging content never rewrites your history. Only the Trash and storage tiles change when you delete.

Can it explain the numbers?

On Creator and Agency the owner can add an AI insights tile: three insights for today, the next step and anything unusual in the last 30 days. Nothing runs until the owner presses its button; then one call on the workspace's own OpenRouter key writes all three, sending counts only. It lasts until the next day and can be refreshed once an hour.

What it does not do

  • The billed cost view is on Agency only, and only the owner sees money tiles.
  • There is no CSV export.
  • Instagram analytics are not built yet (Soon).

Common questions

Who can see costs?

Only the owner. Members see no cost figures, and the model scorecard shows them each model without its spend.

Is the cost dashboard on every plan?

The full cost view, with what WaveSpeed billed per model, is on Agency ($179 a month). On every plan the owner sees the WaveSpeed balance.

Can each teammate arrange their own dashboard?

Yes. Tiles can be added, hidden, dragged into a new order and reset, and each person keeps their own layout.
